Regional Government of the Azores

The President of the Regional Government of the Azores praised the work of Europa Ar-Lindo in the regional market of the Azores, after meeting with the company management.

At the end of an audience, in conversation with the journalists, Carlos César, the president of the Regional Government, considers that are welcome to the region companies that, "for its history, its competence, by his seriousness", contribute to "the capitalization in some sectors and job creation" and concluded that the company is a good example of foreign investment in the region.

Reiterating the "great value" that the Azores Government gives to the companies with headquarters in the island, the Government's President added that "is no less true that it is very important that foreign investors have an active and dynamic presence in our economy". Carlos César considered that Europa Ar-Lindo fits these parameters, in the areas of tourism and construction, where they introduced "products and differentiations that have allowed an above-average performance" in the market.

For the Regional Government's President, this is an example for the Azorean business community: "When companies show this ability to adapt to circumstances and the market and develop differentiated products and quality, is good news", he said.

Stressing further that the Azorean economy needs good regional companies, domestic or foreign. Carlos César referred again the case of Europa Ar-Lindo by operate in sectors that, "lately, are under doubts and it is good to know that in these sectors there are those who have success, for reasons having to do with the nature and differentiation of their investment".
